So sorry for posting a repeat question. I just ordered a couple of Global Forever stamps from the USPS store on EBay and some from the Royal Mail website. Now, I can REALLY celebrate the year end!

USPS have an official eBay store where they are happy to ship stamps worldwide.

Thanks admin. After a lot of research I concluded that I would need to buy a postage stamp Worth 2.15 GBP each for every celebrity located in UK and roughly $2.50 each for every celebrity located in the US. Now only if I could buy these online...

I am a noob autograph hunter who made a new profile on this website and read all about IRCs and SAEs and how important they are for collecting autographs, but after a visit to the UPU website as well as to the post office I came to know that the sale of IRCs has been discontinued in my country. What do I do now?

I was thinking of buying UK and US postal stamps online and then attaching them with my SAEs, but I have no idea whether it is possible and if yes, what the cost of such postage be.
