I Have never needed UK stamps so I don't know but US stamps you can either get on ebay or drive across the border or you can even buy some US stamps on Canada posts website https://www.canadapost.ca/shop/stamps/c ... ution=e1s1

You need US and UK stamps to put on the return envelopes. Whatever country the letter is sent back to you from the envelope needs that countries stamps on it.
