I have the same problem, I was in two post offices and both said that they're no longer selling IRC's. :(

Like Kelly said, try asking around other post offices, especially larger ones around where you live. Or, ask the post office you normally go to about whether they can order some in for you.

Additionally, you could try purchasing stamps for the country you would be sending your request to over the internet (e.g. if you're sending a request to the US, then purchase US stamps).

Good luck!

Are you sure all of the post offices around you aren't selling them? It could just be your own that isn't. If your not sure I would try calling each post office. Also ask your mail man (or woman!) if they are just temporaraly out of IRCs or for good and also ask if there is anywhere else to get them. Other then that I really do not know what you should do :( . Maybe then just say in your letter "Sorry I couldn't send IRCs, its just that my post office doesn't carry them". But if you can't include the IRC I would include a self addressed envelope anyway.

I hope you have good luck in finding IRCs!

Kelly :)
