My set of 12 1st class stamps just arrived this week from royalmail.com
I am impressed by their efficiency!
Shall send out 4 request letters soon, wish me luck :D

That is correct.
Check www.royal-mail.com to find out which world zone you come under.
Then check this price chart, which has the new prices pdf here.
Under UK standard Letters you will find the new rate for a 1st class stamp.
I think 3 would be enough for a standard return envelope, but I don't know the size/weight of your SASE so best to check {up}

Hi, I will like to ask if 3 1st class stamps will be sufficient on my SASE :)
My celebrity lives in UK and I live in Singapore.
I understand that there's an increase in postal fee at the end of this month....
