You can try it again because some celebrities like Hilary Duff sends TTM PP´s but via venue she sends authentic photos :)

... but then there are those celebrities that always seem to send out PP's regardless of whether you send them something to sign or not. If this is the case there might be a chance that you will receive another PP.

I agree. There are many celebs that will send a Pre-Print if you don't send a photo to sign. Whereas if you send something to sign, you will get it back signed.

If you get a PP, it might be worth sending a photo to get signed, then there is more of a chance of getting an authentic auto.
