Welcome to the forum!

That's pretty much how everything goes ... great diagram Don't forget to write them a letter as well to go into the envelope addressed to them.

In terms of writing their address on the self addressed, stamped envelope - it is optional. Personally, I don't, but there are others that do. It's up to personal preference. As long as your address is current and will be accepting mail it should be OK as nothing will (hopefully) be lost or returned to the celebrity instead of being sent to you.
