Hi guys
Although the Bahamas is located off the east cost of Florida, it was until 1973 a dependent of the United Kingdom.
On July 10, 1973 the country declared it's independance although it still remains part of the Commonwealth, with Queen Elizabeth II remaining as their Head of State. (

The Bahamas
do have their own postal service, but unfortunately I have not been able to locate a website for it.
Since it is such a small country it seems unlikely that you will be able to order stamps online anyway.
I would try ebay, or take a gamble and just send an SAE.
Good luck!
Ian
