Hi Melindabear2002 :D

The amount of postage required for a 9x12 envelope will depend on where you're sending it to (i.e. within your country or overseas). I'll assume you live in the US, but I'm not 100% sure of prices there. Take a look at this link here for a list of postage costs, but I'm sure someone else can help you out on this question.

As for purchasing IRC's online, I don't think you can buy them online. You'll have to get them from the post office.

Can anyone tell me how much postage should I put on a 9X12 envelope? And is there anywhere to buy IRCs online?
