Thank you for your advice and assistance, everyone. Much appreciated. Just to add something, I have actually received letters from Southern Ireland with UK stamps on them, which must have either slipped through the system but I thought I would post on here to see if a US Global Forever stamp could be posted from Canada. It was worth checking.

Thanks again. :)

I have heard people send cash to cover postage but I also have sent without a stamp. Usually I apologize in my letter for not having stamps and hope they can help me out.

It depends on the venue and star, and one never knows.

Northern Ireland is part of England, hence the use of same stamps.

Ireland the Country (or Southern Ireland) is not part of England and their post office will not accept English stamps on outgoing mail.

I can't help with Canada/US, but I suspect the answer is no.

All I can think of to suggest is getting hold of some Canadian currency (paper) which might work out quicker than waiting for the stamps to arrive.

Can a GLOBAL US stamp be used to post from Canada?

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if those who are familiar with this or who live in Canada could help me, please?

I would like to know if a GLOBAL FOREVER United States stamp can be used to post international mail from Canada to Australia, or must the stamp sent from Canada be Canadian? I am asking because I have two VV addresses which are both filming in Canada, but no Canadian stamps, on the US Global Forever ones.

I have ordered some Canadian stamps online but they will take at least a month or more to reach me in Australia, even though I use International Priority Post, so I wondered if someone on here could tell me for certain whether or not the US stamps could be used?

They allow Irish stamps in England, so I wondered if the US allows Canadian ones.

Thanks for your help. :D
