"First Class Letter" or "Air Letters"?

http://www.bahamasgp.com/islp-postalservice.html

I need Bahamian stamps for 1 ounce which according to that price list would be 1.4$ (while ½ ounce is 0.7$) if I choose First Class Letter. Is this what I should choose? It should be send to me in Sweden. Are first class letters automaticly "airmail" if it's needed? I mean, the Air letters alternative doesn't seem right, it's just one price, no weights.

Bahamas to Sweden
First Class Letter or Air Letters?

Thank you! =)

And by the way, this is like a follow up to my last problem about what stamps they use in The Bahamas. I was lucky, because the shop owner I buy stamps from did have Bahamian stamps! :D
