You left off the key piece of information: how long you've been waiting.
It's possible that your wait is just standard transit/travel time. Keep in mind that the average
domestic wait for an autograph is usually about 3 months.
If I had a nickel for every "Where's my autograph? What'd I do wrong?" post I've seen after 1-2 weeks, I'd be quite wealthy. I'm not saying that you're one of those posters, but it's hard to say what's going on with your specific situation without send dates, as well as whether or not your original letters were shipped Priority or First Class.
Honestly, depending on who you wrote to, I wouldn't start worrying until the wait hits about 6 months. Easier said than done, I know.
