Well, Sweden doesn't use euro so this means Loreen would have to exchange them.

If you scroll down you can buy a few stamps with the value of 14 kr (or SEK)
For up to 50 gram you'll need a 14 kr stamp, for up to 100 gram you'll need two of these. I doubt you'll send anything heavier if you just want a picture.
(in case somebody else reads this, these are the prices for sending abroad within Europe, not for abroad in general)
I wouldn't bother buying stamps with any less value, as 14 is the standard.
