I would recommend buying Russian stamps, as it is hard to exchange small quantities of currency. I'm sure you can find a forum member that will sell them to you, failing that you could check eBay.

Easiest way for an American to send a SASE overseas?

Hi all, how are you? :)

I would like to send 8x10 photos to cosmonauts in Russia and a photo to a mountain climber (Messner) in Italy.

I am in America and don't know the best way to do the SASE because the US Postal service does not sell IRCs anymore!

Should I enclose US cash for postage in the envelope? I am afraid that it might be too heavy or corrupt postal workers (here or overseas) will ruin the mail and take the cash (if they can find out that it has $... I doubt it heavily but you never know)

Anyone know what to do or have a better idea?

Thanks! :D
