I'm not entirely sure I was clear. I know people send production stills. I'm talking about if an episode is playing and I take a screenshot of a particular moment in the episode.

The actor in question, Melissa Fumero from Brooklyn Nine-Nine, is known for her vast range of facial expressions, which I can only really capture through screenshots of the episode, not production stills.

Also, I find it a bit redundant to put my address in the letter itself since I'll be sending a SASE with the letter and photo.

You are free to put whatever contact info you want into a letter.

I always include my address because that is how I have always written letters. Occasionally I will put in my Twitter id if appropriate.

Some celebrities never read them though and sign the picture with the name on the return envelope etc.

I would say 90% of the time I send "in character" photos with shots from movies and TV shows.

Do people still put contact info in their letters? Mainly because I want to put my Twitter account in there as this actor is someone I've frequently interacted with on Twitter. And also because maybe I might want to be able to talk to this person over the phone on the off chance she might want to call.

Also, how many people send screenshots from movies or shows as pictures to sign these days?
