USPS has an official eBay store and they will ship worldwide.

I understand but i can't find USA or another countries stamps.. If i can send SAE they send back to me?

It depends where the SASE is coming back from.

If the celebs address is Turkey then Turkish stamps.

If the celebs address is USA then USA stamps.

If the celebs address is Australia then Australian stamps.

Hi!
I'm from Turkey and i want to send fan mail some actors, actress etc. If i prepare SASE i must use stamp but which country's stamp? Should i Turkey stamp? Or should i send SAE?
Please help me.
