Hi
i have never wrote a letter or requested an autograph before, and im quite scared
It's pretty easy to write a letter once you get the hang of it! I always first introduce my self, my name and age. Then I tell them how much I love their work, including specific things that they did or doing at the moment. If I can relate to them in a way or interest I include that in the next paragraph. Then I ask, "if it is possible could I get an autograph from you, if possible" or "Could you please sign my photos, if you have time" Then I tell them again how much I love their work.(A small sum up) Then I sign my name!
do you need to send a picture?

It depends. If there at Via Venue, send a photo. I send a photo if they are known for preprints and sign if you send them something (Ex: Miley Cyrus) or at Via Venue.

You also need to include a SAE(self addressed envelope) and 2-3 IRC's(International reply coupon) if you are in a different country from them. Or you include a SASE(self addressed stamped envelope) with 2-3 39 cent stamps, if they are in the same country. I send everything in a 10x14'' and use a 9x12'' SASE or SAE.

Hope this helps

Hi xxamy_14xx {up}

Welcome to Fanmail.biz :P

You will only actually be able to stamp the return envelope (SASE) if you are requesting from your own country.

If you are writing for an autograph outside of your own country you will need to include a couple of IRC's. These "International Reply Coupons" should be available from your local post office, and are sent with your return envelope.

The celeb can then use these to pay for stamps in their own country.

Hope this helps!

Yes, it will help the celeb you are writing to with the cost of postage.

Good luck,

Paul :D

Hi!

It is always best to include your own picture but not neccisary.

Check out these links :D

How do I write to my favorite actor?
What do I need to include in my envelope?

If you want preprinted SFM autographs you can find these email addresses here:

Hey
Also do anyone know any e-mail adresses to request from?
Is that in general because that isn't really being a fan if you want just anyones email

State in your letter what you like about them, what your favourite movies are that they starred in. Stuff like that. Only you can decide what to write {up} And it is optional to send a photo with your request

Good luck
