You can't buy IRCs in the US anymore.

This is the case in many countries now, the standard advice pages on the site haven't been updated in years.

You need either French stamps on your SASE or get hold of some EUROs, 5 is the smallest note.

The French Post Office won't accept US$ stamps as payment for domestic mail.

Okay. So I know alot of you use IRC but here in Oregon (USA) I'm having a heck of a time finding them. I know I can buy a Forever Global stamp to use... but will that stamp work on a SASE being mailed from France back to me?
