if it was mine, i would put 2.. On my SASE, w/o cardboard, i put the same amount of stamps, as pics i sent.. On the out envelope, going to the celebrity, i put 1 more stamp..

ie = 10x13 with 3 pics, a letter and sase = 4 stamps
9x12 with 3 pics coming back to me gets 3 stamps




10x13 with 2 pics , letter, sase = 3 stamps
9x12 with my 2 pics signed = 2 stamps

Im putting a photo, letter and SASE. I think it is 3 but I just wanted to make sure.
