"Attn" is short for "attention".

You can write it either way and it should get to them. The address is the most important part, which is correct on both cases. As long as you address it to the Jonas Brothers, it should be sorted by someone at the venue for them {up}

You can address your envelope the other way (Aly & AJ, c/o Lexington Center ...) instead of what you have listed above. You don't have to follow what they've told you. Your request should get to them either way.

if i were you i would write it the way the said because

"attn"= attention

since the venue is not thiers you have to write Webster Underground whatever, whatever and then at the bottom write "Attn: Jonas Brothers" because that way - the letter belongs to the venue so they can accept it, but they know it is for the Jonas Brothers -
