Again, the problem I am having is that I CANNOT GET A 8X10 PRINTED at a PHOTOLAB because THEY WILL NOT MAKE THE PRINT< STATING THAT IT VIOLATES COPYRIGHT LAWS!!

Just a warning to those thinking about using the KODAK machine available in many stores: the KODAK charges around 5 dollars for a 8X10

I use a one hour photo computer in the store (NOT the Kodak) and that is about 1.49 or a little less.

TheMailman, if you want to be sure you'll get a 8X10, the best chance you will have to get it is send your own. :? Sorry I couldn't be much more help.

Thanks for the tips, much appreciated.

I am in Canada, so I will have to try somewhere with a Kodak machine, I assume thats what you mean, a freestanding photo copy station where you do it yourself.

It just sucks cause at COstco, you can get 8x10 copies for 1.49 CDN, which is an awesome price!

nowandagain is right. Do it like that. ANd with the last reply.. I had the same problem once.

Find a Kinco. Took my friend and I about 1 hr to find I had one about 10 mis ago from me. LOL, we walked up to a parked cop car adn the lady said "Are you joking" and we are like no. She said look straight ahead (via behide her) and it took us like 15 sec of "Uhhhhhhh" to realize it was right infront of us, LOL.

Anyways, you can bring your iamge or have it on a disk, and (at atleast mine) just go to the sony machine tell it 8x10. And print. And if you want just keepthe image low-pro and give the recipt. If anything they'll ask if you want a cover for your pic. But never nosing. :)

I usually get a few pics on a floppy. and print out 4x6 pics of Ashley Tisdale for my car (visor). God I love that girl.

NOTE: only thing is they aren't glossy. I didn't find it a BIG problem though :) I guess you could get the 8x10 there.. and go back to the other store and get a glossy made. It's not on "professional" paper so they can say anything about "copyrights". I have done this a few. I even got about 6 Hilary Duff photoshots, and 3 Ashley Tisdale professional shots done in 8x10 and they never said shit :)

IN terms of getting your own 8x10 photo printed at a photo lab, it is cheap. However, I tried to have some printed at my local costco, and they wouldnt print them because of the copyright issue.

Any help here, because they are really cheap and will do an 8x10 for $1.49

Would love to know where others get their pics, especially rpinted from a photo lab,

Thanks, Bree

I agree with you as I don't like to send photos. But it was just an idea to get the size you wanted. You can never really be sure with sending photos especially if you really like the photos as you can never be sure if you'll get it back.

I know but I wanted to get round the whole sending your own photo thing :(

Heres an Idea...

Why not send Bill Nighy an 8x10 pic as he is really good at personally signing, and I'm sure he would sign it for you. Then you've only got a couple more 8x10's to get.
But again even if you don't, be happy with the autograph not the dimension...

I have a Wilko's near me  Ive tried tacking the autograph to paper and then storing it in my folder but after a while the pressure of tack leaves indents around the sleeve protector. I don't really like to go to the trouble of getting them proffesionally done, only to find out I never get a reply. I don't know :(

dude why dont you just buy a 6x4 sized little photo album. Thats what I use to store my smaller autographs and they only cost 69p from Wilkos.....that is if you live in England and have got a Wilkos near you.
