yesterday i sent off a letter, 4 a4 magazine clippings and a very thin a4 sized piece of cardboard.the person at the post office originally said i should send 3 irc's but for some reason, in the end, she decided 2.
i'm hoping it will be enough.

Hi Andy316 :D

Judging by what you've sent, I would probably say 3 IRC's would be ideal, considering you've sent cardboard and a number of photos.

However, I think you might be able to get away with sending 2 IRC's

Good luck!

I sent a letter from the UK to the US, with the following

10x8 photo
6x4 photo (x2)
Piece of card to stop them getting bent
SAE
IRCs x2

Im starting to think I shouldve sent 3 IRCs, does anyone have an opinion on this?

I have a few more to send that have 2-3 8x6 photos each, would 2 IRCs be enough to cover return postage from the US?

Thanks for any help :)
