They most certainly can Nammzi :mrgreen:

Provided that they haven't expired before you recieve them back [if it was a long awaited success]. Some celebrities send them back and insist on paying return postage.

Hello =] I was wondering, say I sent a load of IRC's with my request, and it only needed 2 to be sent back, can the IRC's be returned to you by the celebrity/their agent? If so, can they be used?
