Well, HP Photo Paper seems to have the best quality. I have used Kodak & HP photo paper but the HP photo paper gives me the best quality.
Okay, thank you :D
Your Welcome. And the photo paper that HP sells comes in several varities which are:

HP Everyday Photo Paper
HP Advanced Photo Paper
HP Premium Photo Paper
HP Premium Plus Photo Paper

For printing up photo's, I suggest HP Premium Photo or HP Premium Plus Photo Paper because the premium photo paper gives you the best quality.

But, the premium photo paper isn't cheap, it costs a good amount but it's worth it. IIRC, the paper can cost up to $40 for 50 sheets.

I find photos from Google etc., resize them as necessary and take the files to a photo lab for printing

We go to google or official web of the celebrity.
Later, we go to a shop where they print the photo :)

I don't purchase photo's to send, so I print up my own. I find the pictures using a Google search & then I find a picture which I like & then I print it.

All of my photo's are printed onto HP photo paper (I have a box of glossy photo paper & another box of high gloss photo paper.)

I use fansites, google that sort of site to get my images. I then upload the images to my memory card for my camera and I have a printer for my camera so I print them off using that. I only do that however if the images are high quality.
