Well, I went to the Post Office today to see how much that it will cost to ship out SASE's. I sent out 7 today & here is what I was told:

A standard 9x12 SASE cost me $0.68 in postage per SASE

Well, the 9x12 SASE was put inside of a 12.5x9.25 cardboard mailer. The cardboard mailer costs a good amount of postage, in fact, the cardboard mailer required $1.83 in postage costs per cardboard envelope but it was larger enough to hold a 9x12 SASE.

I have been sending out a letter and SASE in a typical legal size envelope with just a normal 39 cent stamp. For the longest time I hadthem weighed and it always worked. However if the letter ws 2 pages it went over. On the SASE a 9X12 envelope a 63 cent stamp will work. That would work with even 3 pics sent back inside. Good luck!!

What stamps do I use on and SASE (9x12 inch envelope)?
I've been spending a lot of time at my post office and what they've told me was-

For a standard envelope containing a letter and a 9x12 envelope inside: One regular stamp plus a $0.10 and a $0.03

For the actual SASE: A $0.69 (or $0.68, something like that)

Ditto. Going to the post office & asking is the best way because, IIRC, First Class Mail goes by how much ounces the letters weigh, the more ounces they weigh, the more stamps are needed. At the post office, they would way to envelopes to determine what the ounces are.

It might be best to ask your Post Office about that, as they would know more about sizes/weights etc. I'm not sure :(
