I've seen a couple people just e-mail the fanclub address at his website and have success. I went that route and am hoping for a reply.

You should try the US address (OPBFC) as that is his official Fan Club address.

It's best to also include a SAE, as it makes it easier for Pierce to send something back to you (all he'll need to do is exchange the IRC and then stick stamps on your envelope).

Or, if you want - you can try him VV (which is how I received my success from him )
