You can get a reputuation point by posting a post which someone else finds helpful, or when posting feedback.
This is done by clicking the

buttons under your avatar (you can't see them, but others can). So, if you post something helpful, someone might give you a
vote. If you post something negative, someone may give you a
vote. This increases/decreases the reputation under your feedback.
As for the "Autograph Collector" and blue envelope under your name - that rank comes automatically after 250 points!
