Thanks for your answer!

Yes, it was probably IRC of what I've heard about, because I'm french and I want to write to America... :oops:

Exactly, you've probably mixed up SASE with IRC!

* An international reply coupon (IRC) is a coupon that can be used to post a standard 20 gram letter anywhere in the world. The purpose of the IRC is to be able to send someone in another country a letter, along with the cost of postage for them to reply. If the addressee is within the same country, a self-addressed stamped envelope ("SASE") will work; but if the addressee is in another country an IRC removes the necessity of acquiring foreign postage or sending appropriate currency.

* An SASE is a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE: an envelope with the sender's name and address on it, with affixed paid postage.

You can read more about SASE's here. {up}

That were probalby IRC's of what you heard.

Because SASE means Self-addressed-stamped-envelope, why put in 3 of them :D ?

IRC means international reply coupon. That's possible, that you have to put in 3 sometimes. But I mostly I would put in 1 or 2, thah's enough.
