just remember if you're sending a request to another country to use that countries stamps on the return envelope if you're not using IRC's

yes, put regular stamps on the one your sending and put the IRCs in for the one their sending back to you

International Mail

Hi, I had a few questions regarding sending autograph requests internationally (the only one I am interested in is Kevin Spacey.)

I tried to follow the illustration on the page for him but got a little confused - do I put regular stamps on the envelope that's addressed to him? And just add those coupons inside for their postage?
