Requests come back at varied times. If you've posted to any A-list celebs it could take ages to get back to you. Sometimes requests can take up to about 8 months as most of the celebs are really busy. I tend to wait about 6 months before trying again. The IRCs you included wont be valid now as a new one came out in December so you could try posting them again with the new IRCs.
