I'm guessing you are in US and your letter is going to the UK?

All the postal websites have calculators for you to work out how many stamps to use for your envelopes.

www.usps.com

www.royal-mail.co.uk

Hello, I just got some global stamps, so I am curious..... how many stamps should I put on for SASE and the LOR?

Or do I have to purchase UK stamps?
Sorry if this seems easy and a no brainer... I want to get it right haha.
