Hi ruffy :D

You probably won't need to fill out any duty forms for your 8x10 envelope being sent from USA/Canada or Canada/USA. It should be OK as I assume you'll only be sending a letter, photo and cardboard at most.

You'll need to fill out custom forms if the envelope/package you're sending is overly large - which an 8x10 envelope isn't considered that (unless it's very thick).
