Hey there -
I would say that if you choose to purchase autographs online that you do it from an UACC Registered Dealer. A list of which can be found here:
http://www.uacc.org/rdlist.htm
In order to become one you have to undergo a rigorous evaluation.

Hi nomee,

You can never be sure whether autographs on ebay are authentic or not. Elite Autographs have COAs but they dont mean alot anymore.
If you go onto this site - http://www.ourdealer.co.uk/index.htm
It will tell you what authentic dealers are on ebay!

Hope this helps!
