the price would probably be $.84 so yeah ozzman is right 2 would most likely be enough. I'm not sure if I quite understand your second question but i'm gonna give it a shot. IRC's aren't really worthless in every country it's kind of like a stamp. The celebrity can get someone to exchange the IRC's to the UK stamp or Canadian stamp depending on where you're sending it

The safe bet would be 2. Thats what I usually use and never have a problem.

Hi, I was just wondering how many IRC'S i would need to get something back from the USA to the UK in a normal, unbulky 6*4 envelope??
Also,
if IRC'S aren't stamped are they completely worthless in every country?
