yeah dgangel is correct you should try sending a self addressed stamped envelope. here's the sticky about it http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?t=14169
But even if you send this it's still not certain this may increase your chances

you should send a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope), or if you do not live in the same country as the person you are requesting, you should send IRC's (International reply coupons).

Please check the stickies for more information on those two items.

but basically all i send is the note,and the picture and then i can get a letter and the autograph back but it isnt certain?

so i just send a normal minalla colored envolope with all my shit with it too so 2 envolopes?

there is no way to know if you will definitly get an autograph, but you might.

there is this model who is not well known who i want a autograph and i want to send her a letter about a t shirt she said she wanted, and i run a club and i can get her one made..

so basically im wondering if i send her the envolope with a picture and letter i could possibly get a response and autograph mattering if they answer you??

please someone..
