There may be somewhere local to you that EUROS can be obtained.

Try eBay for the stamps.

Otherwise, use Google and see where it takes you.

Is there a website I can use to purchase either online?

You would need to obtain either German stamps, or EUROS- the smallest note is a 5.

Hey everyone,

This is my first post! I'm glad to be part of this community and look forward to meeting and having discussions with you.

I want to write to an actor in Germany. From what I understand the United States Postal Service no longer sells IRC's (international reply coupons). How can I get around this so that the letter can be mailed back to me from Germany? [germany]

Thank you :D
