I am aware that you need to use the stamps of a foreign country on a SASE coming to you from the foreign country. The reason I did ask about Canada was because I thought I had heard once that USA stamps would work. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

You have to use the stamp of the country from where the envelope is coming from. You can buy canadian stamps online or trade with someone who's Canadian or use IRC's
