Some celebrities don't provide free pictures. Most do but you get the occasional few who you wasted your money for postage on. I always just play it safe and send something.

you can send the celebrity a picture if you have a certain one you would like them to sign. Sometimes the celeb sends preprints or autopens back if you dont send one to them. & they dont normally have pictures at venues, so its better to provide them with one.

What is the point of sending a picture of your celebrity to theirselves or fan club? I don't really get it.
