I'm sure you've read the posts about letter writing that are locked to the top of the board.
To write to someone through their manager, you would write a letter to the person you would want the autograph from. In your letter, tell them that you're a fan, ect. And finally, request the autograph.
Address both your letter and envelope to the celebrity, but on the envelope, in between the celebrity's name and address, put c/o and then the manager/agent's name. (You put the manager or agent's name only if you are writing to the celebrity's representation, not if you are writing to them directly.)
