to answer your question, yes the venue will most likely hold on to the envelope until the band gets there. It will then be passed on to a manager, or another person the band has brought along to represent them.

I wanted to know if you can send it to a venue on time. Like, when you send it, do the venue management or someone keep it until the band goes there?
