Welcome to the forum!

As dgangel mentioned, a SASE is a self addressed stamped envelope.

The cost to you is the price of the envelope addressed to you (I recommend a large 9x12 inch envelope) with enough stamps stuck on it so it can be sent back to you.

SASE's are Self Addressed Stamped Envelopes

you have to purchase the envelopes yourself, and then put at least 63 cents worth of postage on them. In the envelope you should either a folded envelope of the same size, or a slightly smaller envelope.
