Your only option would be stamps, USPS do not offer "pre paid envelopes", that is why you can't find answers on them.

USPS offer Global Forever International stamps that can be used for airmail.

They've been covered on the forum many times so you'll probably find all the info you need with some searching.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. These would be for a couple of 8x10'' photos.

Thanks,

Prepaid enveloppes

Hi,

Since IRCs are being discontinued, I was wondering what kind of USPS prepaid enveloppe could I include in my autograph request to an actor in the US ? I do live in Europe actually and the information on the USPS is quite scarce regarding this specific matter.

Any link pointing to such enveloppe/product would be greatly appreciated (eBay links are fine :)

Cheers,

MrDolby
