Buy the autograph, not the COA. Anyone can print a COA, and people can and have made mistakes. Know what makes the autograph of a celebrity real - e.g., Avery Brooks uses a secretary, but there's one key distinction between his signature and his secretary's, if you know what to look for.

Ignore people who claim 99 percent of autographs on eBay are fake. Yes, there are fake autographs there, just like anywhere. But there are some people who sell legitimate autographs there. Again, know your autograph. A popular at this time celebrity, you're more likely to encounter fakes or secretarials or otherwise not real signatures because of the demand. And remember, rushed in-person signatures will look fake, but again, everybody has certain characteristics on how they sign their real autograph.

As i am aware there are a load of signed photos on these sites for sale with COA but i am also aware there are a lot of fakes but how do I know what i am buying?

Any advice welcome, and anyone recommend a dealer or website or shop
