Despite assurances from a club secretary that the mail would be passed on, I had an epic failure with an attempt at this

I was wondering if it was possible to send several letters to several players in one envelope, because I'm planning on requesting autographs of some players of Tottenham Hotspur or Manchester United (English soccer/football clubs). Has anyone had successes with that?
