What I did was trade or sell. I've had lots of people trade posters for IRCS and trade for stamps. Maybe you can also give them a dollar or so.

Stamps can be purchased by USPS only with an creditcard right?
In Holland isn't it usual to have an creditcard, so i also don''t have one.
And u can't purchase them on an other way online. {down}

Well, in my country on the IRC's it says " Norvège " = Norway.
Idk, but yeah I agree with the other ones.

If I am writing to the USA from the UK, then I attach US postage to the reply envelope.

I gather you are in Ireland, so you should be able to purchase US postage from the US Postal Service website here: http://shop.usps.com/webapp/wcs/stores/ ... ryId=11834

Good luck, and I hope this helps!

A lot of people on this site offer to trade things for IRC's. I usually, if I do send overseas, will include $1. This may not be useful to them because they are in another country but if you write somewhere in your letter that you could not find any IRc's and don't have any stamps from their country, I'm sure they'll understand. Also, a few celebs don't require SASE's but it always is the polite thing to do. Many people take advantage of this. Well, good luck with your sending of overseas and I hope you find a way to get some autographs.
