I would put my address in the receptient place AND the return address, just in case.

As for stamps:
Sending an envelope for a large photo will cost (in US stamps) 1.07 (about one photo) or 1.80 (two or three photos)

Stamps & Evenlope question

Hi does somebody know how much stamps I need for sending from America back to the Netherlands? I have only 90 cent stamps and use an evenlope who has an a4 size. Also must I put my adress on left above the evenlope for certainty if the mail doesn't receive so they can send it back to me?
