Well, I have no idea about sending to him to that address but if you were to, send at least 2 IRCS but if you want to, like glücklich said, you can buy the stamps online...like $1.07 cents.

Hello, I'm not sure of the address, if you found it in the database then it should be correct.
Since you are sending to the US from another country it's polite to send an IRC because, as I'm sure you know, it's expensive to send overseas. Either that, or you could get US stamps from the US Postal Service website, or purchase some from a user on this site, that way you can just send them a SASE (Self-addressed-stamped-envelope) without having to deal with an IRC.
