indigo15: u live in Canada, I live in Europe. but I believe 2-3 IRCs are enough.

I have this problem also... but you live in America but I live in Europe.... and it is complicated... :D but I don´t know where I can get IRC in my event... oh this page is great but the system is so complicated :cry:

I dont live, in The Us or Canada.

I live in the UK, if I'm sending outside, then I send 2-3 IRC's.

:D Hey everyone! Happy new year!

I live in the US. Can anyone tell me how many IRCs I would need to send to a celebrity in Canada in order to get something back from them? I've been wanting to write to several actors and actresses in Canada, but decided not to because I didn't know how many to use.
