Try contacting the shows, it might be a bit quicker by phone as you would get an immediate response.

I would imagine some talk shows would,
and others wouldn't.
You would have to know whether the show was being shot early or not also.

Do talk shows pass on fanmail? Say there's a celebrity on Conan, Leno, Letterman, Regis & Kelly or any other talk show and I sent out a couple days before the celebrity's on the show, would they get it? It doesn't seem like talk shows would do that, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
