I'd say probably around 3-5 days before the event.... though I haven't gotten my VV requests back. Gotta be patient I guess

yes send it 3-4 day's before {up}
If you send it too early you are more than likely to receive a RTS

So Seether, Breaking Benjamin, and Three days grace are playing in concert inshreveport louisiana on March the 1 and The Jonas brother are playing in lafayette LA on the second I live about 100 miles from both locations how early should I send them a letter VV?
