You can search their names on the fanmail database to see if theres previous success.

They start training in July so I would try to send something at the end of July at the earliest just to make sure it works.

I'm not sure, but my guess would be no. Clubs don't generally forward things during the off-season. 8)

For Dallas Clark, I requested during football season. It took just over a month. I sent an index card, but he sent me a signed football card of his own instead. 8)
